Bingo Escape - Account Deletion Request
Requesting Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Bingo Escape account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Bingo Escape app
- From the main Station screen, tap Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us at:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your account email/username
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account deletion request is processed:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile and login information
- Game progress (levels, XP, destinations)
- Inventory (items, souvenirs, tickets, etc.)
- Friends list and social data
- Chat history associated with your account
- Any user-generated content tied to your account
Data That May Be Retained Temporarily
Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or operational purposes, including:
- Transaction records (for purchases)
- Fraud prevention and abuse monitoring data
- Backup data (automatically deleted after retention period)
Retention Period
- Account deletion takes effect immediately upon confirmation
- Backup and residual data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
- Certain financial or legal records may be retained longer as required by law
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all game progress and purchased items
- If you create a new account, it will not be linked to your previous data
