Account and Sign-In
How do I create a Bingo Escape account?
Open the app, choose Create Traveler Profile, enter your display name, email, and password, then accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You may need to verify your email before the app can finish sign-in.
I did not receive my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, return to the verification screen and tap Resend Email. Make sure the email address on the account is spelled correctly.
I forgot my password. Can support reset it?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. The sign-in system sends a secure reset email, and support cannot see your password or reset it manually for you.
Why does the app say my account is banned or muted?
Bans and mutes are used for safety, moderation, and abuse prevention. If you believe a restriction was applied by mistake, email support with your display name, account email, and any relevant context.
Gameplay, Tickets, and Rewards
What is a Destination?
A Destination is where you play a round of Bingo Escape. Each Destination has its own theme, souvenir collection, rewards, chat, and progression toward future unlocks.
When are Tickets used?
Tickets are charged when a queued round actually starts, not when you first tap Play. The cost depends on how many cards you choose, from 1 to 4 cards.
What happens if I leave a queue or exit an active round?
If you leave before the queued round starts, no entry Tickets are spent. If the round is already active, Tickets have already been used and leaving forfeits progress and rewards for that round.
Why did my Ticket balance change after the round started?
Bingo Escape confirms round entry when the round starts, so your entry Tickets are charged at that moment. Your top counter then refreshes to show the updated balance.
How do Steam Daubs work?
Steam Daubs are special daubs that can mark eligible unmarked spots on your unclaimed cards. They are limited, so use them when a card is close to bingo. If no eligible spots remain, the release can settle without consuming Steam Daubs.
How do XP and level progress work?
Valid daubs earn XP during a round. That XP is added to your profile when the round completes, then your level progress updates on the Station screen.
How do souvenirs unlock new Destinations?
Souvenirs are tied to Destinations. Completing souvenir sets helps unlock later Destinations, and some souvenirs can be traded, gifted, earned, or purchased with Souvenir Tickets when available.
Purchases and Subscriptions
I made a purchase but do not see it in the app.
First, make sure the purchase completed in the App Store or Google Play. Restart Bingo Escape and check your account again. If the item still does not appear, email support with your account email, display name, platform, purchase date, and order ID or receipt screenshot.
How do I recover my monthly subscription?
Open Settings from the Station screen, choose Monthly Subscription, then use Recover Subscription. On iOS this restores App Store purchases; on Android it checks your current Google Play subscription purchases.
What does the monthly subscription affect?
When active, the subscription increases the Daily Bonus. Your current subscription status is shown in Settings under Monthly Subscription.
What are Souvenir Tickets?
Souvenir Tickets are used in the Item Shop to buy visible souvenirs when that option is available. They are separate from regular Tickets used to enter bingo rounds.
Friends, Chat, Trades, and Safety
How do I manage chat or blocked players?
Use Settings from the Station screen. You can manage Destination Chat preferences, view blocked players, unblock players, and use profile actions for social controls.
How do Trade notifications work?
Trade notifications are optional and device-specific. Turn them on in Settings to receive alerts for incoming trade offers, souvenir requests, gifts, and accepted trades waiting for your attention.
Can I trade with every player?
Some players or items may not be available for trading. Bot accounts cannot trade, gift, friend, or block, and some souvenirs are intentionally untradable.
How do I report a safety concern?
Email support with the display name involved, approximate date and time, Destination or screen, and a screenshot if available. Avoid sharing personal information in chat.
Technical Help
The app says Update required. What does that mean?
Bingo Escape may require a newer client version when older builds are no longer compatible. Update the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in again.
The app is stuck loading or a screen is not updating.
Check your internet connection, fully close and reopen the app, then try again. If the problem continues, contact support with your device type, app version, what screen you were on, and whether it happens every time.
Can I play the same account on multiple devices at once?
Use one active app session at a time. Opening your account on another device or app launch may leave or forfeit an older queued or active round so the account cannot be controlled from two places at once.
Account Data
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Station screen, tap Settings, then choose Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, visit the Account Deletion page or email support for help.
Where can I read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy?
You can open them in the app from Settings, or read them online here: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
