These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bingo Escape, including the mobile game, related services, content, features, accounts, chat, virtual items, and purchases.
By creating an account, accessing Bingo Escape, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bingo Escape.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bingo Escape. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Bingo Escape only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Bingo Escape, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are permitted to use the app under applicable law.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
We may suspend, restrict, mute, disable, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, create safety or security risks, or misuse the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using Bingo Escape, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Bingo Escape fairly and as intended. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate game systems, use unauthorized scripts or bots, interfere with servers, abuse trading systems, create fraudulent accounts, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app.
We may investigate suspected cheating, fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation. We may remove rewards, reverse trades, adjust account balances, restrict features, or take other action we reasonably believe is necessary to protect the game and its players.
Bingo Escape may include optional chat, player profiles, trading communication, reports, and other community features. You are responsible for the content you submit or share.
You may not submit, post, transmit, or encourage content or behavior that:
We may monitor, filter, review, hide, remove, retain, or disclose user content where necessary to operate the app, enforce these Terms, investigate reports, protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
Users may report messages or player behavior. Users may also block other players. Moderators or administrators may mute, restrict, suspend, ban, or otherwise limit accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules.
Bingo Escape may include virtual items such as tickets, souvenirs, avatars, daubers, rewards, boosts, passes, cosmetics, or other in-game content.
Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They are part of the Bingo Escape service and do not create property rights. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be exchanged for real-world goods, services, or prizes.
We may manage, modify, rebalance, suspend, remove, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, gameplay systems, features, or balances as needed to operate, improve, secure, or update the app.
Ticket costs, Daily Bonus amounts, Steam Daub values, Souvenir Ticket availability, store bundles, reward amounts, reward odds, and other virtual economy settings may change from time to time. Changes do not give virtual items any cash value and do not create any right to a refund except where required by law or by the applicable app store provider.
Bingo Escape may provide daily in-game tickets and may allow you to purchase additional tickets or other virtual items through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app store.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store provider and are subject to that provider’s payment terms, refund rules, and policies. We do not control app store billing decisions.
Prices, product availability, included virtual items, and promotional offers may vary by country, region, platform, account, and time. The applicable app store purchase sheet will show the final localized price before you confirm a purchase.
All purchases are final except as required by law or by the applicable app store’s refund policy.
Bingo Escape includes randomized gameplay rewards. Souvenirs, bonus rewards, and certain game outcomes may be randomly generated and are not guaranteed.
Tickets unlock gameplay. Rewards from gameplay may be randomized. Purchasing additional tickets may allow additional gameplay opportunities, but does not guarantee any specific reward, souvenir, outcome, rarity, or progression result.
Where required, we may provide additional information in the app about reward probabilities, rarity, or randomized outcomes.
Bingo Escape is an entertainment game and does not offer real-money gambling. You cannot wager real money, win real money, cash out, redeem virtual items for money, or receive real-world prizes through Bingo Escape.
In-game tickets, souvenirs, trades, rewards, virtual items, and other game content are for entertainment use within Bingo Escape only.
Bingo Escape may allow users to trade certain in-game souvenirs or virtual items with other players through approved in-game trading features.
Trades are allowed only within Bingo Escape and only through official in-game systems. You may not buy, sell, trade, transfer, or offer virtual items, accounts, tickets, souvenirs, or rewards outside the app for money, goods, services, or anything of value.
We may reverse, restrict, or cancel trades that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, mistaken, exploitative, related to unauthorized external transactions, or harmful to the game.
Bingo Escape may offer optional subscriptions. Subscription terms, renewal behavior, cancellation options, billing, and refunds are managed through the applicable app store provider.
If subscriptions are offered, details such as price, billing period, renewal terms, and included benefits will be shown before purchase.
Subscription prices and benefits may change from time to time. Any subscription price changes, required notices, consent flows, cancellation options, and renewal handling are managed through the applicable app store provider and applicable law.
You may initiate account deletion from within the app by going to Settings > Delete Account.
Account deletion may permanently remove your account, progress, tickets, souvenirs, inventory, trade history, and other associated data. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, purchase-verification, moderation, or enforcement purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Bingo Escape, including its software, artwork, characters, designs, logos, text, sounds, music, gameplay systems, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use Bingo Escape only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Bingo Escape for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Bingo Escape at any time, including features, gameplay rules, reward systems, virtual items, ticket systems, trading features, chat features, or availability.
We are not required to continue supporting any particular feature, item, reward, version, or gameplay system indefinitely.
Bingo Escape may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Firebase, Google, Apple, app stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Bingo Escape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Bingo Escape will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at all times, or free from bugs, data loss, cheating, unauthorized access, or other issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, virtual items, gameplay progress, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Bingo Escape.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Bingo Escape will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the app for Bingo Escape in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dustin Runnells / QR Wild LLC from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of Bingo Escape, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You may stop using Bingo Escape at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Bingo Escape at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, misused the app, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use Bingo Escape ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about virtual items, user content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State / USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@bingoescape.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Bingo Escape after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
