This Privacy Policy explains how Bingo Escape collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile game, website, services, and related features.
By creating an account or using Bingo Escape, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect information such as your email address, display name, user ID, authentication provider information, and account status. We use Firebase Authentication to help create and manage user accounts.
1.2 Gameplay Information
We collect information related to your game activity, including level, experience points, tickets, bingo cards, souvenirs, trades, rewards, game progress, achievements, inventory, selected avatar or cosmetic items, and other in-game activity.
1.3 Randomized Reward Information
Bingo Escape includes randomized gameplay rewards, including souvenirs and bonus rewards. We may collect records of the rewards you receive, the games you play, and the in-game items associated with your account.
1.4 Chat, Reports, and Moderation Information
If you enable and use chat features, we may collect and store chat messages, reports, blocked-user settings, moderation actions, mute records, ban records, and related safety information. Chat may be reviewed by automated systems or human moderators to enforce our rules, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and protect players.
1.5 Purchase Information
If you make an in-app purchase, the purchase is processed by Apple, Google, or another applicable app store provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive purchase confirmation data, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase history, and entitlement information so we can deliver purchased in-game items.
1.6 Device and Technical Information
We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, IP address, crash logs, diagnostic information, performance data, and approximate region or language settings.
1.7 Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, the content of your request, screenshots or files you provide, and information needed to respond to your request.
1.8 Push Notification Information
If you enable notifications, we may collect push notification tokens, notification preferences, device platform, app version, time zone or time-zone offset, and recent app activity timestamps so we can send optional game notifications, including trade alerts and Daily Bonus reminders.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, and manage user accounts;
- operate Bingo Escape and provide gameplay features;
- save progress, inventory, tickets, souvenirs, trades, and rewards;
- process and fulfill in-app purchases;
- provide chat, blocking, reporting, and moderation features;
- send optional push notifications when you enable them, including trade alerts and Daily Bonus reminders;
- detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, harassment, and policy violations;
- respond to support requests;
- debug, secure, analyze, and improve the app;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. Firebase and Third-Party Services
Bingo Escape may use third-party services to operate the app, including Firebase and app store services. These services may process information on our behalf, including authentication data, database records, crash logs, analytics, and purchase-related data.
Third-party services may include:
- Firebase Authentication for account login and identity management;
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional push notifications;
- Firebase / Google Cloud services for app infrastructure, storage, databases, diagnostics, and related backend functions;
- Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase validation, refunds, and store compliance;
- other service providers we use to operate, secure, analyze, or support the app.
These third parties may collect and process information under their own privacy policies.
4. Chat and User-Generated Content
Bingo Escape may include optional chat and other user-generated content features. Chat is intended for game-related communication, including bingo, trades, and community interaction.
Chat may be visible to other players depending on the feature being used. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. We may monitor, filter, review, hide, remove, or retain chat messages and related records for moderation, safety, legal, and enforcement purposes.
5. In-Game Rewards, Tickets, and Purchases
Bingo Escape may provide daily in-game tickets and may allow users to purchase additional in-game tickets or other virtual items through the applicable app store.
Tickets allow additional gameplay. Rewards from gameplay may be randomized. Some souvenirs and bonus rewards are randomly generated and are not guaranteed.
Bingo Escape does not offer real-money gambling. In-game items, tickets, souvenirs, rewards, and virtual content have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or real-world prizes.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share information:
- with service providers that help operate, host, secure, analyze, or support Bingo Escape;
- with Apple, Google, or other app store providers as needed for purchases, refunds, entitlement verification, and platform compliance;
- when necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests;
- to enforce our Terms of Use or investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, or harmful conduct;
- in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, if applicable.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain your account, operate gameplay features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain security.
Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, tax, purchase-verification, moderation, or enforcement purposes. Where practical, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information that is no longer needed.
8. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may initiate account deletion from within the app by going to Settings > Delete Account.
When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, purchase-verification, moderation, or enforcement purposes.
Account deletion may permanently remove your progress, tickets, souvenirs, inventory, trade history, and other account data. Deleted accounts and gameplay progress may not be recoverable.
If you cannot access your account, you may contact us at support@bingoescape.com to request assistance with account or data deletion. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
9. Your Choices
You may be able to:
- update certain account or profile information in the app;
- enable or disable optional chat features;
- enable or disable optional notifications in app settings and through your device notification settings;
- block other users;
- report inappropriate chat or player behavior;
- request account deletion;
- contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law.
10. Children and Age Requirements
Bingo Escape is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and over the legal gambling age for social casino games in their jurisdiction. Where a higher age is required by law, that higher age applies. Bingo Escape does not target minors.
Do not use the app or create an account if you are under 18, under the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, or otherwise considered a minor under applicable law. Parental consent does not permit anyone under 18 or under the applicable legal age to use Bingo Escape.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
12. International Users
Bingo Escape may be operated from the United States or other locations. By using the app, your information may be processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
